TUSOA 1781-The United States of America 1781
What are the lawful procedures to establishing a new government or restoring an independent State under the original Constitution for The United States of America and not in conflict with International Law, or Law of Nations? Form your local, county, and State militias; all “civilian continental guard” are under the protection of the Continental Army.
-Publish legal notices of the militia’s existence.
-Notify county sheriff and hold public meetings.
In every organic State constitution, the “ELECTORS” are the militia members. The militia, civilians, and people elect the county and State representatives and leaders. A nation State is a body politic, or a society of men united for the purpose of promoting their mutual safety and advantage by their combined strength. To re-instate or settle a county and State the people must assemble, come together. An assembly is formed by a group of three or more people in social compact with one another. This very act of civil and political association forms a body politic. In order to be a body politic, people must enter into an agreement called a “Social Compact,” a set of rules, that people agree to abide by, in order to stay in honor with one another in society.
