Continental Army History

the CONTINENTAL ARMY-1775-Present Day

WHEREAS the original 1775 Continental Army for The United States of America the country has been re-claimed and brought forth to present day by legal chain of title through International Law.

The Continental Army was 100% volunteer army, of 80,000 civilian militia that was officially established by a resolution of the Second Continental Congress, on June 14, 1775. George Washington was nominated as Commander and Chief of the Continental Army; it was created to coordinate the military efforts of the Thirteen Colonies in their, ultimately successful, revolt for sovereignty against British rule by tyrannical King George and the British Armed Forces.

The 13 colonies had a population of approximately 2, 400,000 people. It is estimated that 3 percent of the population served in the Continental Army and won freedom for what is now called The United States of America, a Republic. The Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union was an agreement among the Thirteen Original Colonies of The United States of America served as a social compact; it was the first organic constitution.  It was approved by the Second Continental Congress on November 15, 1777, and sent to the original States for ratification. The 13 sovereign States, nation States, were officially established when The Articles of Confederation came into force on March 1, 1781, after being ratified by all 13 original States.

The Articles of Confederation, in Convention on August 5, 2015

The Articles of Confederation bestowed most governmental powers to the sovereign States and the self-governing people, who operated alongside the central government.  The aristocrats with great influence and the need to control a freedom loving civilian populace created “Federalism” and eventually it led to the Constitutional Convention in 1787.

The Articles of Confederation and the original name styled as The “Thirteen United States of America” was amended to “The United States of America;” then, it was abandoned at the convention. A new entity called “the United States of America” (Breaking legal chain of title) was created in the U.S. Constitution on March 4, 1789. That Convention, which did not have the nation State delegation present, named King George Arch Treasurer in the Treaty of Paris, placing the civilian inhabitants right back under the crown. This illegal action broke chain of title under international law, and the U.S. corporation has been operating illegally as a nation ever since. The original Articles of Confederation of 1781 was brought forward to present day May 20th 2013. The restoration of The Republic is underway.

A Declaration cannot be repealed it is forever perpetual as stated in the organic Declaration of Independence and Articles of Confederation. United we stand in truth and honor as guardians of freedom! The Continental Army was  restored in THE CONTINENTAL ARMY, NAVY, MARINES ACT OF 2017.
